Water Treatment Technician

$25-$35 per hour, based on experience + performance incentives

Full-Time | Kalida, OH

Serving Kalida, Findlay, Paulding & Surrounding Communities Monday-Friday | Year-Round Employment

We're looking for a Water Treatment Technician who enjoys solving problems, working directly with homeowners, and developing new skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of plumbing or residential service experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Eagerness to learn and expand technical knowledge
• Experience with water treatment systems or residential plumbing is a plus
• Desire to develop into a journeyman-level technician
• Experience working independently in customers' homes

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and service residential water treatment systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective solutions
• Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance
• Complete service appointments efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate job documentation and service records
• Follow company quality and safety standards
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
